Classes and Rates

Our classes are designed to offer your child individual attention and a small group experience. There are never more than 12 students per class, and each class has two qualified teachers. This sets us apart from many preschools and public school Kindergarten classes where one teacher may have as many as thirty students.

We offer a variety of class schedules to meet the needs of your student and family. Students can attend preschool 2, 3, or 5 days a week in the morning or afternoon. Morning classes are from 9:00am-11:30am and afternoon classes are from Noon-2:30pm. Kindergarten is held 5 days a week in the afternoon.

Summer preschool is a great way to enrich your child's summer. Summer preschool helps children to progress academically and engage socially with their peers. Our summer program is a little more laid back and fun, but still full of important academic experiences that will help your child prepare for the coming school year.
*payments are averaged over 3 months.

Are You a Working Parent?

We know many parents work and are looking for alternatives to traditional daycare. We offer extended day and lunch programs.

Students participating in our extended day program will stay at the school from 2:30-4:00pm. The extended day program will provide snacks, games, and supervised play in our preschool classrooms. The extended day program must be paid for in advance each month.

The lunch program is available for our morning and afternoon students. Students can come for supervised lunch from noon-12:30pm. Students need to bring their own lunch. The lunch program must be paid for in advance each month. Prices shown are per month and in addition to tuition.

Enrollment

Each year Hobble Creek Learning has two enrollment periods for the upcoming school year. The first period is Priority Registration which begins October 1 and ends December 19. Priority registration is available for families who currently have a student enrolled, or who have previously had a student enrolled in Hobble Creek Learning Center.

The second enrollment period is Open Enrollment. Open Enrollment begins January 5th, and allows anyone to register their child for available spaces in summer or fall preschool & Kindergarten. During open enrollment we register students on a first-come-first-serve basis.

To register parents must submit a complete registration packet, pay the last month's tuition (as a deposit), and $35 registration fee. The last month's tuition is refundable until 30 days before preschool begins. Students will not be registered for preschool or Kindergarten until a complete registration packet and payments are received.

Special Needs

We understand that all children have unique needs. We provide special training, & in-services for our teachers to help them meet the needs of each student. We believe that many children with special needs thrive in a regular classroom setting with their peers where appropriate support and training is given. If you have a child with special needs please call us for a professional consultation.

Our Philosophy

There is nothing more exciting than teaching and seeing the wonder and excitement in a child’s eyes when they discover something new. When we educate our children we give them the power and skills to become whatever they want to be. We offer a half day preschool program in order to give your child a balance of quality time with you as parents and an enriching group experience at school. It is our goal to support each family as the primary influence and authority in their child’s development.

Our Curriculum

The preschool curriculum at Hobble Creek Learning is based on active learning through play. Children are naturally inquisitive and learn best through feeding their imaginations. This does not mean unstructured play. Our activities are carefully planned to foster appropriate physical social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and aesthetic development.
